Welcome to Raafen. By placing an order, browsing our website, or interacting with us on any platform (website, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • Raafen is a registered business operating in Pakistan.
  • All products are designed, manufactured, and shipped from Pakistan.
  • These Terms apply to all orders, regardless of how they are placed (website, Instagram DM, WhatsApp, etc.).

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include GST where applicable.
  • Prices can be changed without prior notice (new price applies only to orders placed after the change).
  • We accept payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and any future payment methods we introduce.
  • An order is only confirmed once payment is received in full.
  • We are not responsible for any additional bank/transaction charges applied by your payment provider.

3. Order Confirmation & Changes

  • You will receive an order confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp once payment is verified.
  • Please check your order details (size, color, quantity, address) immediately.
  • We cannot modify or cancel an order after it has been packed or dispatched.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopard, Call Courier, etc.).
  • Standard delivery timeline: 3–7 working days (major cities 2–4 days, remote areas up to 10 days).
  • Shipping charges are paid by the customer at checkout or added to Cash-on-Delivery orders.
  • Delays due to courier partners, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders require a small advance payment (as mentioned at the time of order). Fake/booked-without-intention COD orders will be reported and blacklisted.

5. Product & Colour Accuracy

  • We try our absolute best to display colours and details accurately.
  • Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric dye lots. These are not considered defects.

6. Size & Fit

  • Please refer to our size chart before ordering.
  • All our hoodies are unisex/oversized fit unless stated otherwise.
  • Size exchanges are subject to availability and our Returns Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content (photos, videos, text, logos, designs) on raafen.pk and our official social media belongs to Raafen.
  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Raafen will not be responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the original purchase amount of the product.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, riots, government restrictions, courier strikes, etc.).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and official channels.
