Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Raafen piece as much as we loved making it. That’s why we have a simple, fair, and transparent returns & exchange policy.

1. 7-Day Return/Exchange Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return or exchange. (Countdown starts the moment the courier hands you the parcel.)

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

Your item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In the same condition you received it
  • With all original packaging (poly-bag, tags, hygiene sticker intact)
  • Free from any stains, deodorant marks, perfume, makeup, or pet hair

We do a physical quality check on every returned item. If the above conditions are not met, we unfortunately cannot accept the return/exchange.

3. What We Accept

  • Size didn’t fit right → Exchange for a different size (subject to availability)
  • You simply changed your mind → Exchange only (no cash refund)
  • You received a damaged or defective piece → Full refund or free replacement

4. What We Do NOT Accept

  • Refunds for “change of mind” (only exchange allowed)
  • Items worn or washed
  • Items bought during final sale or clearance drops (clearly mentioned at the time of launch)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Return shipping paid by Raafen (customer always pays return courier)

5. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Send us a message on Instagram (@raafen.pk) or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos/videos of the item showing the issue (for defects) or confirming unused condition.
  3. We will guide you on the return address and next steps.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back via your preferred courier (we recommend Leopard, TCS, or Call Courier).
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your exchange or refund within 3–5 working days.

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are only issued in case of damaged/defective items or if the requested exchange size is out of stock.
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method (bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, card).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You will receive the refund within 5–10 working days after we receive the returned parcel.

7. Exchange Process

  • If your desired size/color is available, we’ll ship it free of cost (one-time courtesy).
  • If your desired size is out of stock, you can choose another available item or get a store credit/refund.

8. Important Notes

  • We are a small, batch-only brand. Once a size sells out, it may take months to restock.
  • Return shipping cost and risk is always borne by the customer (unless the item was damaged/defective).
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy guidelines.
